This 8-weeks-course is proven to decrease stress and increase focus, engagement, creativity and the quality of relationships at work. The deep-dive program is tailored to the challenges of the modern work world. Many feel overwhelmed by constant information overload, high levels of complexity, the "always-on" mentality and a high degree of uncertainty. Next to all its potential, the challenges of the modern work world take their toll on individuals feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted and/or unable to focus well. On a team level communication, engagement and commitment often suffers.
Mindfulness is an ancient technique that can be interpreted and used in the modern work place as an antidote to those results. The attention training increases meta-cognition (the ability to think about and reflect on one's own thoughts and biases) and self-awareness of one's own inner processes. It helps the individual to find clarity and responsibility for his own mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

MINDFULNESS IS NOT A WELLNESS PROGRAM
Mindfulness describes the ability to be present and deal with whatever the situation brings from a clear mind. It is the opposite of ignoring one's own needs, getting lost in trains of thoughts, or reacting to everyday's challenges without reflection. With formal training, such as meditation, this mindset can be strengthened tremendously. Mindfulness promotes open-mindedness and clarity, the two key factors in adapting quickly to new situations, learning and leading oneself and others.
The 8-week program addresses modern mental challenges in the business world and provides powerful tools to break out of old patterns and move into sustainable self-management. The participants learn about the neuro-scientific background of stress, the anti-dote to multi-tasking, how to avoid chronic stress diseases and how to practice powerful time-efficient tools to increase self-awareness. The course combines knowledge from mindfulness, psychology, performance management, coaching, and yoga psychology. We work on two levels:
MIND-SET: Train the mindset of your employees. Help them overcome self-limiting behavior and thought patterns that prevent them from reaching their full potential at work.
BEHAVIOR: Strengthen the ability to collaborate efficiently, productively and successfully.
The course is currently held online in German or English language.
