This really gave the opportunity to learn and explore and find the methods or styles which fit your needs or you enjoy most.
I liked Sophie's openness and honesty, you don't pretend to be an almighty guru (although you of course know a lot!) and you share from your own experience. The course helped me to become more aware in the NOW, so for example during the day I now sometimes do a belly breathing more consciously and try to do a body scan when I feel stressed.
