Case 03 Mindfulness & Resilience
jambit first brought Zen & Go in for a two-day workshop in 2021 and re-booked every year since. Courses ran both for employees and for leaders. One participant liked it so much he came back a second time. In both 2025 cohorts, 100% of participants gave the highest score on every trainer dimension.
