Due to her background she knows the amount of pressure, stress and change that naturally happens in today's work environments.

People often ask her: "Why are you so calm? How are you so focused? How can you get so many things done? How do you make people become their best versions of themselves around you?"

 

There is no magic involved. It is a mental training, that revolves around self-awareness and self-regulation: Mindfulness.

 

She has been passionate since January 2018 about providing others in the workplace with tools to learn the "Magic of Mindfulness" for their daily life.

 

It all started during her assignment as Global Marketing Manager at Siemens Healthineers. Next to her job she started a Mindfulness Initiative which revolved around Mindful Lunch breaks, Speeches and Workshops around the integration of those ancient techniques into our modern business world. Only after a few month the program's participant number and impact on their wellbeing proved a great and unmet demand.

After realizing the relevance of "mind care" at work and to being able to provide even more people the chance to live their full potential in their daily environments Sophie founded Zen & Go.
