Sophie holds two Master's degrees in Marketing Research and Psychological Medicine. She discovered the power of mindfulness as Global Marketing Manager at Siemens Healthineers, where a grassroots initiative she started grew from 15 to 900 people in 18 months and reached CEO attention. She founded Zen & Go to bring that same depth into organisations. Certified mindfulness, meditation, and yoga teacher. Over 500 hours of facilitation experience. She teaches in a hands-on way, always translating tools into busy daily life. What makes her unique: she genuinely cares. Working with her is professional and authentic, full of joy and creativity.
